ok i agree with you, i dont think we need another concord situation. but at least this specific OP was not pushing propaganda and flame netease for lack of representation. nor did they force DEI copypasta down our throats, it was polite request for representation with positive messaging.
they did not say "people who make the games like these are the problem with today society" or whatever rage stuff that is often floating around. they simply asked nicely and said it would mean a lot to them.
problem with DEI is that they make it sound like LGBTQ is the only way and not agreeing with that is toxic, this post simply wanted to feel included as well so i see no reason to hate on this specific OP. to hate on them just cause they talk about LGBTQ makes us just as bad if not worse than those pushing DEI agenda. be the change you think we need, dont hate for sake of hating

America Chavez, Ayo, Valkyrie, Mystique... i am sure if they release Captain Marvel, that community will try to claim her as their own even though she is straight in the comics, but my point is there is fair amount of characters that people would like to play who will be fun to have in the roster and would do representation. there is nothing wrong with simply asking for these characters to join the roster, problem starts when delusional fools "demand" genderbending existing character etc.
