They just need to bite the bullet and turn off the destructive terrain. It doesn't add anything and it all regenerates anyway. All it does is cause issues for everyone.

I agree. This game is just crap all around. I like this game but performance being cheeks and mods being banned for the second time, I honestly do not have high hopes for this game.

Oddly enough I've had much better performance since the last update. Even though patch notes don't mention anything major changing. Went from 30-55fps to 60-100. Its still absolutely terrible compared to similar games though.

I had to turn down my graphics to low on "Ultra Performance". Works decent now but looks like a PS1 game. Trade off I guess....

Or they can do both. The team that optimizes the game is not the team that works on the anti-cheat which is also related to modding.

The team that designs skins is not the one that puts them in the game, that's another team. And those two teams very likely know little to nothing about how to optimize a game.

mine runs it great little more heat than Id like but 80-100 fps on best settings

Don't know how I can agree with something like this when the game runs flawlessly. But then, I'm using 32gb on Windows 11 with a modern laptop that cost me less than a grand.
