ANY FIXES? Packet loss jumping from 5% to 28% to around 40%

Is there any fixes for these packet loss by any chance? I'm was playing on SG/Tokyo server to then Tokyo since I ALWAYS have packet loss on SG server ever since the S1 update and it also jump my ping to constant 40-50 ping to now 100-120. It didn't happen when I was playing on Season 0 but ever since the Update for S1 it became a major issue for me.

Things that I've tried:
1) Uninstalling/Reinstalling the Game
2) IP config /flush DNS, then putting Cloudfares DNS
3) Verifying Game files
4) Hard Reset my Router

I've tried using the Loading Bay but I don't think there's any way to link Steam Account to Loading bay.

i have this kind of problem but i think its the ISP issue i have a window time of 7pm to 10pm with no packet loss then 7am to 12nn then back to having packet loss again

I think it's server side

Yep, it's their servers.
I used THEIR IN GAME network check and my network is fine. It's all them.
They forgot to feed the hamsters.

I've been using Loading Bay for a week now, and got no issues with the Ping/Packet Loss. It only happens when I play Marvel Rivals using Steam and I was only able to play around midnight.
