Same thing happened to me till i got a new anti ghosting keyboard.
You probably got a cheap $2 keyboard that doesn't have anti-ghosting features.
"Normie" keyboards basically can only register 3 keys at the same time. If you press mroe than 3 keys at the asme time, the 4th key and onwards get "ghosted" and don't register. This normally isn't an issue for typing, but for gaming where you press two buttons of WASD at all times plus run/jump/crouch you will find that you can't press Jump while running at the same time as Jump would be your 4th key.
Anti-ghosting tech gets around that by allowing more simultaneous key-presses at the same time. If you're a gamer you should not get any keyboard that doesn't have NKRO (N-Key Rollover). which allows all keys to be pressed simultaneously.
Your old Logitech Carbon has NKRO. Your new keyboard obviously does not. Solution: get a keyboard with NKRO. Even just 6-key rollover would work. The problem is you were so cheap you got a bottom of the barrel trash keyboard that only has 3KRO.
