Thumbs UP system - people are so stingy

I give everyone a thumbs up most of the time, to motivate people, even if we did not do so well, but see some players that thumb themselves up only and not anyone else on the team, or the premade group that only thumbs themselves up, and no one else.
It's free you don't lose anything except your sense of self importance. lol

Most people simply doesn't care since it doesn't give any rewards. Most people just instantly presses One more round. On top of that it's so annoying how close the thumbs up buttons are to the actual characters. One milimeter misclick and I have to watch someone's Highlight.

I do it for everyone but the people that either talk ♥♥♥♥ the entire game or they just play like absolute trash

It's free, but it also doesn't do anything lol.

Your total isn't tracked anywhere on your profile. It doesn't account with any kind of behavior score system like similar games. It doesn't put your thumbs-up'd players on some kind of accessible list (Say, to add them later). You don't get any any kind of UI notification someone else gave you a thumbs up, its just some text that'll likely be buried as you're likely already in your next game and the chat is being flooded with system messages from pings and the like.

Agreed. Sometimes I get lazy and just skip the thumbs-up process. It taked too much time trying to hover over the tiny thumbs up buttons when I can just queue another game.

I give thumbs up to those I see putting in the effort of play. If you screwed around and/or didn't do much, don't expect a thumbs up. Simple as that!

At least until there's a reward for giving upvotes, then everyone can get a participation award.

not gonna lie when i first started playing the game and i saw other people giving me a thumbs up and i felt really good about myself, cos i dont play shooters, so it was nice to get so then i started doing it to others. Doesn't hurt obviously but it's easy to forget.

Generally I give thumbs up to everybody except myself. Sometimes there's missions associated with it too. I had one to thumbs up an allied spidey 3 times. So..that's something.

I do it, but the chance of miss clicking and having to wait for the dudes highlight to load just isnt worth the risk sometimes.

Aside from if you had a mission to thumbs-up, nope. Not that I know of.
