Character Spinning
I have done everything. I have looked into device manager for the xbox 360 controller and nothing. I have unplugged my mouse and controller and it still spins. I have done P+Windows and it still is spinning. I have changed controller joysticks to mouse on steam. I Have enabled steam input and IM STILL SPINNING. I'm just now about to uninstall and reinstall but if anyone has any ideas for fixing this situation it would be phenomenal. Honestly I played last night no problem loaded up this morning and now im just stuck spinning.2

same thing is happening to me! not happening for any other games so no chance it's my peripherals

Re-installing the game fixes it, it appears.

if anyone is still having this problem, clicking "clear local configuration files" on the launcher fixed it for me. it will reset all of your settings though

looks like it might be an issue with dual monitors, try a different monitor or changing to window/windowed bordeless
