Buff Black Widow for Gods sake!

I'm getting flamed every game for picking Black Widow. Before even game starts my team mates blame me for choosing black widow.
She is my favourite character. can you please give her buff? either 1 shot headshot or 2 shot body shot. I know she is bad, but come on, if i can choose her to play, i will play her in ranked. I also like the sniper play style. I wont give her up, just because devs make her bad.

1 shot headshot or two shot body shot would put her in the same spot as Hela as far as picks in S0. She would just get a nerf immediately after as no one likes to be one shot with no counter play.

I think her kit is absolutely fine. The only thing she needs is a buff for her ult. That thing is useless on so many level. The rest of her kit is just perfect.

Oh one more thing. They should give her a new team up ability. The one with hawkeye is completely useless. Why would anyone would want to run 2 snipers in a team? Makes no sense.

Her ult is awful and needs to be changed.

As for her kit, they need to give her better mobility. Allow her to boost jump off walls or give her an ability that allows her to stick to walls and maybe run on them for a short period of time.

Her sniper dmg is fine although I do think she is a bit too squishy considering her kit is somewhat useless. Replace the batons will duel pistols.

Good on you to say that it's what you think (unironically, that puts your statement miles ahead respect-wise, compared to those claiming stuff like "we need", "the majority wants" and other such nonsense).

Be that as it may, I disagree. In a vacuum, no circumstances considered - sure, BW's kit isn't bad. But grounded into reality of existing heroes, it just doesn't work. What they did with BW in S1 was to buff her ... kicks and sprint. It's not a surprise, but nobody picks a sniper for kicking or running.

BW's main issue is that she offers nothing unique. Worse - everything she does is done much better by some other hero that also adds something extra.

-- You want a sniper? You play Hawkye. He can OHK.
-- You want those "kicks"? You play Magik. She also got iframes.
-- You want to run fast? You play Panther (he also got "kicks").
-- You want mobility? You play Spiderman - or pretty much any other hero with vertical moves.

Every niche BW could have is denied by other heroes and the "what BW is not" issue. And of course, Hawkeye is the biggest thing. In S1 they nerfed his "one-shots across the map" - but that's just addressing a gimmick, not fixing his design. He still has strong OHK, he still has better DPS, he still is everything BW isn't. If they leave Hawkeye as he is, they'll have to learn the hard lesson about the power of OHK and that nothing short of removing it will change the balance of power.

I don't advocate for OHK on BW - albeit I won't be opposed to it (it could actually be a tool for countering healers ults, if done properly to not be OP at other times). But until the parity there is achieved between BW and whatever else sniper hero, she only ever could hope for a niche pick done by hardcore fans.

Aoe ult which makes 8 meters zone slowing enemies for 80% and after which you can one-shot all squishies is bad?
If you use it just to spam damage it's surely bad. But actually it's burst-trap-zoning ult if you use it right.

nah, she needs a rework. Black Widow doesn't use a sniper rifle. Scarlet Johanson in the movies never used one.

change tonfa with a magnum,reduce reload time between each shot and it should be fine

No, I don't want to deal with another Widowmaker breaking the game in half for 8 years. Hitscan 1 shot snipers are cancer for any hero shooter. That's why Hawkeye was so oppresive for the entirety of S0.
