There a problem preventing you from saving for multiple things? Do you drive to work? Do you have savings aside if your car is toast one day? Or are you going to wait till your car has a problem to start saving?
Saving for surgery is fine, is this surgery cosmetic or life threatening (you don't have to answer, keep to yourself). Like if you got in an accident and needed surgery they probably doing the surgery then not sending you home telling you to save up and come back later. If your working I assume your not critically injured. Makes me think it's more cosmetic and definitely not on the life threatening end.

I'm baffled at OP's lack of priority. Your pc is weak, and you do complain about not being able to run the game properly. You are also saving money for a surgery..
