"Supermaster 5" displayed after winning competitive match, no history of match played shown

I don't know what happened, but I just won a match where the UI completely bugged out at the post-game screen. "Supermaster V" showed instead of my rank. I could not type, up vote teammates, or queue for another round. Upon leaving the screen and going back to main menu, I was also unable to queue for a match until I quit and reopened.

My rank points are unaffected by the win as if the match never happened. I have clipped the entire match as well as a shorter clip of the victory screen, the "supermaster V", and showing that my match history doesn't have this game listed. I'll see if I can link them here since I saved them to Steam via Steam Replay.

the problem is that the game didnt save in match history. its looks as if the match never happened

This just happened to me.

I cannot post it to the official discord as they have disabled the Community Help threads and the mod bots that they say to send the reports to do not allow anyone to send messages to them without being friends with them. It's not possible to add a bot as a friend, so I am stuck trying to submit this info through the in-game community help button in the Esc menu.

This just happened to me as well after a super sweaty game. Woulda ranked up with it but got this stupid bug. Hopefully they fix this

I did, but that game eventually showed up. The win I got after that never showed up nor did the lp gain. I already put a ticket in, so I just hope they actually looked into it. I'm not gonna bother playing anymore rank today tho.
