Account Falsely banned

Before you send hate and straight up call me a cheater just read the post because other people have faced the same thing as me. As the title says l've been falsely Banned of "cheating" I turn on rivals to see I was banned for 100 years. I was pretty upset seeing this as l've put several hundreds of hours into the game already spending my hard earned money on cosmetics, battle passes, and even having the beta test rewards on my account. I am a fair player who hates when other people cheat in games just to win. I contacted support obviously because I was upset by this and let me tell you Marvel rivals does not make it easy to contact them. Haven't trying to use their channel in their discord #contact-mod to make it ticket it's completely broken and doesn't work. Finally navigated to another section and saw it said to contact the Ai Bot to which I did and was met which some bs generic response saying the ban was irreversible. Desperately I contacted every sort of Mod, dev, and even the excustive producer. Out of 40 or so people I contacted only 2 people responded a Mod who gave me an email to message to which I haven't received a message back from, and the executive producer who told me to message the Ai anti cheat bot to which I did for the 5th time and keep getting told they made the right choice in the ban. I've done my research online and see many other people have been facing the same thing as me, a random false ban but their Anti cheat. At this point I'm starting to lose hope in getting the ban uplifted so l decided to contact the Executive producer so l've been in contact with him and I figure he's someone that would know people or could help me out but as I go back and forth with him he continues to insist I use the Anti cheat discord bot to which I do at least another 6 times to which all the times I reply I get met with the ban was correct and will not be uplifted. I contact the executive producer again and he tells me that this Anti cheat ai bot is a real person but to no help these
"real" people are. I can almost guarantee the Anti cheat ai is a bot since when ever it says it's gonna commute an investigation it response back pretty quickly completing the investigation. If this isn't ai and is an actual people behind it they should be fired because they aren't doing their job. No investigation ends that quickly especially if you aren't manually reviewing gameplay which you should be doing. Please if anyone reading this has the power or knows anyone you can get my account unbanned l'd be grateful if not please blow this post up! I will provide any gameplay ID for you to check out upon request. If you'd like to also see the conversation I've had between the Ai Bot and the executive producer as well just ask.

Mainly vent about how bad their anti cheat is and more importantly how they could use an upgrade in their support with all the money they are making. But I feel I just need place to voice this matter since it's being put into the shadows and others are facing the same stuff and people should be able to play the game they enjoy

I'm checking but I'm seeing some suspicious things in one of the first replays... I checked your profile and you was Diamond 2 last season.

I'm seeing behaviour of aim locking between team mates and fully tracking team mates while trying to heal them behind walls.... Clearly behind walls... Which looks like bot behaviour and not something you'd expect to see form a supposed diamond player.

But I'll keep checking it's not conclusive. It's just one replay.. But there is some odd things happening.

There is one point where you are healing a dude through a wall and it not working you then throw out a regen barrier as well.. I don't know how any decent player would do this... I don't think even bots would throw a regen barrier at a wall trying to heal a team mate on the other side

This looks a bit like toggling between team mates. All from the same game. You on the the Scarlet witch then switch to the thor then back to teh witch then to thor then switch over to Star Lord. looks like a bot switching targets...
