Last I checked, Uncapped FPS was causing issues, so cap your fps at whatever you like, just don't leave uncapped.
Set your Antialiasing to TAAU
You can disable shadows, which I'd absolutely recommend.
Turn off lumen reflections or turn off reflections entirely
Global illumination can cause problems (but of gfx settings, it's probably one of the most useful)
I found a tremendous performance boost in playing in Windowed mode, but it does kind of suck to play in unless you're playing Cloak&Dagger or something.
With all gfx on low and in windows I was able to run the game 30-60fps on my i3 13900k/gtx 1650pc, which I ran for about a month before getting a new pc.

Work fine for me while using obs studio
The problem, in my case, was the PSU cable extentions. I noticed that not only with Marvel Rivals my PC crash, so It was not software issue but hardware. As soon as i switched the cables, no more problems. Hope It helps anyone who struggles with the same problem!
