Honestly, you shouldn't need a much larger list though tbh, genuine toxic people shouldn't be THAT common, but increasing it a little wouldn't hurt either.

Thing is though, so many people play this game, that the odds of even running into that person again in the next day or two is slim to none anyways so it's really a w/e.

Avoiding players is another form of toxicity, it just shows the devs your not a team player.
If they are that toxic, report them for a ban. it will happen pretty quickly.

Just add mute mic and mute chat. I block tons and i mean tons of people on steam community. Like here for example. you and only one other are not blocked. oh well.

My advice is block the bad players leave the "toxic" good players and mute them if they are annoying, once I did this I got more wins even with disgusting people.

edit - also in my case if you keep queuing, especially in higher ranks the odds of playing with same people is high.

Avoid list is almost pointless and exists to give bad players their little power fantasy that their decision to avoid someone actually had any effect.

Unless you are in high ranked enough to have a noticeably slow queue time or queue with certain size of team, there are so many players that you are very unlikely to ever see same players multiple times in a row anyway in lower ranks. Specially if you don't queue at the very same second.

I think you take gaming way too seriously and may need to locate some outside air. MR is not that serious or important.
