Voice chat stops working mid-game??

Mic is working in the beginning of the game, my team can hear me and is responding, sometime through the match it stops transmitting to the lobby. Members in my party (who are also in discord) can no longer hear me in-game. Happens to all in my party as well. All settings, in-game and windows, have been checked. Only solution so far is restarting the game. Anyone else experiencing this?

To share on the frustration with this issue, ranking up alone is difficult when you are playing with people you don't know, but it's absolutely inhibiting when you cannot communicate flanks, back-line attacks, or character swaps. PLEASE FIX THIS!!
