Mouse Sensitivity Issue When Changing Directions in Marvel Rivals

I'm experiencing a very frustrating issue in Marvel Rivals related to mouse sensitivity. Here's what's happening:

Whenever I aim and change directions, I notice a temporary increase in sensitivity. For example, if I start aiming to the right, everything feels fine. But when I move the mouse to the left, the sensitivity suddenly increases for a brief moment, making it almost impossible to make micro-adjustments or properly track enemies.

This issue only happens in Marvel Rivals, not in other games.

I've tried the following solutions, but none have worked:

Disabling mouse acceleration and smoothing in the game settings.
Adjusting mouse sensitivity and DPI settings.
Verifying game files and reinstalling the game.
Switching between fullscreen and borderless window modes.

Yeah, it's called mouse acceleration, it's built into the game, and for some reason, you can't turn it off. There's mods to get rid of it though, you won't get banned for using them, it's a client side mod, so it doesn't affect other players.

Since s1 mouse acceleration has been turned off and there is a setting for it.

Yeah it's not mouse acceleration, the game seems to make errors in calculating your sensitivity and that, it sucks.
