A new ult for Mr. Fantastic

@sevensided so I mentioned here about a different ult for Mr Fantastic and the more I thought about the more I liked it. Consider this: a self stunning ult where Mr. Fantastic wraps himself around 1, or multiple target(s), stunning them, while doing squeezing/strangling DOT damage that's divided across each target. The ult will have two modes: AoE which is activated with just Q where Mr. Fantastic stretches his arms out in a wide area and pulls together/stuns every character caught with limited DOT damage or single target mode where you hit someone with your right click -> Q to self stun and wrap around the target while doing large amounts of DOT and stun just them.

It's certainly a better ult conceptually than his tickle monster ult.
