1. You're already doing something right (i.e. asking for a team-up if you're not playing a DPS). Good job and good luck!
2. If you fail to find a (static) group, my tip: play a DPS in low ELO. And be just that good to carry it all by yourself. You will need to be a decisive factor in your games. Then you climb really fast. Again - good luck!

Me too.

Whenever I'm in Silver 2 or 1, it's almost impossible to win to stay or get to Gold 3.
And I've noticed a lot of unbalanced matches.

The ranked matches I'm playing are mostly unfair. I either win easily or lose easily. I either face a much stronger team or a much weaker team. Those long, well-balanced games don't happen anymore.

This has been happening for 2 or 3 weeks. So I select some players to not play with anymore (from the avoid list in the team) but it doesn't help. The games are won or lost in just 5 to 7 minutes.

And I'm talking about low elo, silver and gold playing with randoms.

This is not fun at all. I'm already thinking about uninstalling it.
