theoretically its possible, but considering this is a marvel game, they have so much to draw skins from, itd take years probably since they can hog more money if they dont use other liscenses for skins

stretch arm strong wasnt the first to inspire stretching abilities since it originated in rubber hose animation.

Also if you say thing like stretch arm strong can beat popeye in a fight you are wrong since he couldnt even beat saitama the one who can only beat one punch man is popeye himself
