If everyone seems to be in a good spot healing wise, sprinkle in some damage.
Supporting isn't very hard, some people just overthink it or have no clue what they're doing.
tldr read the room when u play support as c&d and you can really improve
For example:
Cloak and Dagger heals by "attacking". means you will automatically hit enemys if you shoot (heal) at your tanks. So you WILL get both Kills and damage naturaly.
On contrast Rocket can shoot to damage OR shoot to heal. Wich means whenever you are dealing damage you are NOT healing. Wich is fine IF YOU CAN handle that well. But people get mad when they die left and right to you while you on full autogun with rocket hunting an enemy.
