Sadly I have missed out on a lot of storyline last comic i read was probably 1996 and sadly they have gone nuts since then having destroyed worlds and all heroes and whatever else ..

Last I looked peter Parker was not the spider man I remembered .. wasn't even spiderman as his clone was spider man..

It will get worse likely as Disney holds control over all of Marvel now including Xmen and they rewrite as they see fit and to hell with the fans

tbf the base skin for Psylocke here is actually Sai, which is a completely different person again from both the original Betsy and the body-swapped Kwannon. I'm not surprised that people would find it confusing.

I've had limited exposure to Psylocke outside of one 16 bit game. Forget the name and wither or not it was on the Genesis or SNES.

But she didn't use a weapon outside of her abilities. Was a Brawler mostly that punched and kicked enemies.

The Psylocke in this game is not the same Psylocke from the 90s. This is "Sai" and not "Betsy Braddock", who is now "Captain Britain".

So she had a Katana, she just never used it, instead she used her Psi-Blades and had limited Telekinetic and Telepathic powers (not like on Jean Grey levels)

She definitely never used a Psi-Handcrossbow though lol.

She's an AU counterpart of which Marvel has jillions where the look and title are the same but the person behind them isn't (see also: any 2099 character, many Ultimate characters, etc.).
I'm guessing because the Captain Britain title operating on ABSOLUTELY different rules of magic than Doctor Strange and Asgardians would open such a huge can of worms that they don't want to touch it with a ten foot pole.

Literally why would they care
They
A: Don't explain the powers
B: Just make up how they work
C: Make up the characters physical capabilities, too
In this game Dr. strange has more base hp than wolverine and mr fantastic, Black Widow can jump as high as Captain America, Iron Fist can kick hard enough to almost negate gravity and jump in the air 3 times in a row, Scarlet Witch forgot how to use 99% of her powers, Storm braaaps people so hard they punch harder somehow, Punisher can summon guns out of thin air and half the healers can just heal now even though they don't have the powers or equipment to do that in any actual comic or media other than this.
Oh and Loki can turn into anyone and use all their powers, even if they come from an outside source like the majority of what Strange does.
