Horrible FPS Issues

When I first started the game ran pretty smoothly at around 120 FPS (Not insane but definitely more than playable). The game continue to run at this for around 3 or 4 more days. After that, when I log in, I find that my FPS is so horrible I can't even get past switching tabs in the Main Menu. I'm not talking about 120 FPS to 60 FPS, I'm talking about Single Digit FPS even in the Main Menu. Overtime I found that the fix for this was to change my NVIDIA Drive to Studio Ready, and Switch the file location from C to SSD drive. This fix was very niche but at least it worked at the cost of insanely long loading times. That worked for a few days, but now it's back to normal, and switching drives and file location no longer helps. I've tried a lot of solutions such as validating files, turning on or off GPU Acceleration etc. This problem is so niche that I was hoping someone with the exact same issue has found a solution for this.

Are your drivers updated? I had a similar FPS issue when I first launched. A simple driver update cleared my issues.

I know my Specs aren't good but what's bothering me is that It used to run perfectly fine, and other games run quite smoothly too.

Everything seems to be updated, I even reinstalled all my drivers not too long ago (Around 2 days ago). Changing to Studio Drivers works once in awhile tho, maybe once every like 3 days, then the problem reappears.
