indoors even in big rooms bucky will go to high and clip into things on the ceiling that block his ult from going to the ground

yep. im sure the devs knew this. but if u think about it it would prob be to OP in confined spaces where people dont have a chance to escape at all. everything should be semi react-able. hence why jeff was nerfed a bit to make more react-able
