Play Peak A Boo.
Get pocket healed.
If other team has Hela. Switch to a new Hero.
Simple thing is to learn how to bob and weave. Instead of left and right movement you need to learn how to also move up and down as well, so you should bind controls in a way where you can spam all the directions easily.
Another one is possitioning and target priority. A bad ironman will just hang up in the air and shoot in general direction of an enemy. I play tank and when i see guys like this i just straight up ignore them, untill they are closer to shoot or trying to ult. A good ironman is played at rather close ranges, usually for lazer attack and to shoot from off angles. Prioritizing targets is also important. Instead of just focusing a healer or a backline dps (hawk, hela), focus on targets that you can kill at any given moment. If you see a tank or a DPS getting hit hard or out of posstion, you should focus them and secure a kill, instead of trying and failing to kill healer. Target priority is a generaly good skill to learn, so you should always be practicing it.
