B: Yes, its easier to climb with better players on your team, this should be obvious. Good players > bad players. One really good player should be able to take 2 or 3 not good players on average.
Bronze players
I would argue, being good at a video game is a bad thing. It means you need to spend more time in your real life, getting better at worthwhile things and upgrading yourself. Being good at a video game is not useful to anyone... just play it to have some fun and get back to work.
got set to Silver 1. 8/12 matches today have had throwers, criers, and dps that go hard negative. currently in Gold Hell
and the healer always get the blaime no matter how bad the tank is or the whole party themselfs. i cant help the party if i get ganked by iron fist 24/7 and noone is even helping me killing any player who is haunting down the healer nonstop. no mather where i'm standing.
i once had a great thor tank who looked after me that was the only player that actualy helped the healers.
My strategy: I play DPS until I hit gold, where dps players *generally* know what they're doing.
Many of these players are also new to hero shooters in general and lack any amount of team work, they just rush into the thick on things and die, like chasing a fleeing enemy right into their entire team and getting deleted. I've only had a handful of matches while in bronze where the team had solid teamwork, sticking together and not overcommitting or rushing the enemy blindly.
