Now, why would you want to do something sketchy like that?

It's not sketchy, i have friends that make alts to help other friends rank up in comp, though some other people do it to smurf too lol

Honestly, I'd rather have people make a new account for this than to throw matches and reduce their own rank to lower levels.

Yeah, so as for your OP, I believe (though I'm not sure) that you can go to the official site here-
https://www.marvelrivals.com/
And just download the launcher and create a new account, probably through a different email address. I'm not positive. Shouldn't be tied to your Steam account. Maybe.

Also, probably won't get anyone past any IP bans, so if anyone asks you'll need a different method for that.

Click your steam account in top left, and simply, log out. Make sure to remember log in. Create a new account at the log in. Now, when you open steam, you can choose between the two accounts, or however many. You can also choose, Ask me to pick which account when signing back in, and it makes it real easy to swap.

Now open rivals and play on a new account. You might also be able to do this in rivals, by pressing ESC and then exit to sign-out. From there make a new account. Just make sure you know ur your current one.

You're free to paint this picture however you like, in the end it's still smurfing.
how to say im boosting them without admitting it.

Idk, imo smurfing is more intentionally keeping an acc in low elo to stomp on the low elo player before tanking your rank to do it again. Just making an alt with the goal of actually ranking up and playing the game normally doesn’t really seem malicious to me… would you consider a naturally talented ow player who migrated over and who starts in bronze 3 on their main to be a “Smurf”?
Definitely Elo boosting but to each their own ig
What if the person has too high of an elo to be able to play with their friends?

Isnt this against the TOS?

Most ranked multiplayer games make "smurfing" with alt accounts a reportable offense, and pretty much all sites crack down on using alts for ban/mute evasion.
