Why don’t people use mics ?

It's a surefire way to open yourself up to getting flamed for some reason. I enjoy the game a lot more just staying off the mic unless I'm with friends.

Well for me it just doesn't seem to be working very well. My voice is apparently distant and quiet to those I'm playing with. And I'm already on call with others in Discord if I'm playing with someone.

Nowadays using mic is to insult you, trash talking, etc. Absolutely disgusting.

I mute them when I see the mic icon right away in all games.

Sadly ain't worth it anymore. I used to talk alot but people are toxic to each other and you have to listen or to you or you get someone constantly screaming into their mic.
