How to counter storm?

Every game i play a storm does the most damage by far and ults like 5 times, i try to play hel a to snipe her but she moves so fast side by side i end up missing all my shots, the heck happened to that character?

Punisher is also hitscan but fires fast. So it's way easier to hit her.
If you're still struggeling, maybe Iron-Man with his beam, just need to get close. If you still struggle that much to hit her I suggest switching to Vanguard or Strategist and let others deal with her.

mind you she didn't get a speed buff you just suck at aiming

You need practice.

I like to use the practice range (as Luna, since that's what I play). There's an area down below you can configure for moving hero targets. Set it up with Storm, 20m, random movement, super fast, and 60 seconds. Try to kill as many as you can with basic attacks only. Do it 2 or 3 times in between every other game or so and try to beat your score.

storm is slow as ♥♥♥♥ so just aim better honestly
If you want storm to feel like uninstalling just play spiderman and hard focus her. You dont even need to be good at spiderman she moves so slow you can easily get the full combo and kill her

Punisher is an excellent counter to Storm. Hitscan, fires fast. With either the turret or a few bursts from the rifle, you'll drop Storm out of the air before she knows what hit her.

Punisher isnt really hitscan the bullets of travel time black widow is hitscan

Punisher is literally hitscan. His shots *look* like they have travel time but the impact is instant when you fire. If he wasn't hitscan he wouldn't be the anti-air ace that he is lol.
