Rocket is crap

Worst healing and his guns damage, falloff and speed is stupid low and slow. I just feel useless as a healer using him, his heals are only effective against people not taking dmg, his gun is an absolute mess... like even if you can hit people with it, it hits for peanuts. just doesn't feel good at all, ammo is shared with healing balls, and when you do nothing but heal ball spam if can barely keep people alive vs any sort of competent team.

ok thats still only one defensive ult

Myself and whatever other healer I have tend to keep people up through ults no problem, even a groot + MN ult can be healed with 2 healers provided the enemy team doesn't have the greatest follow up. The funny part is you including a 1 shot ult that bucky does combo with Groot. Who is healing targets that are 1 shot?

You mean MN as Moon Knight or Magneto?
There is no way raccoon and some other healer can out heal Groots and MK ults same time. Even Luna dies in half second while her ult on to MK ult alone..

He is one of the hardest heroes to kill aside from a well played Psylocke. They also buffed his healing. He also can rez a person that dies. His healing is the easiest to apply. He can burn tanks down.

He is a Mercy with an actually good gun.

He is a Mercy with an actually good gun.

His biggest weakness is that his orbs don't have super quick way to fully heal people, most notable tanks. But his healing is still insane since he can heal entire groups of people at once, which the other heals lack. Being able to bank heal orbs means he can cover more healing from greater distances ( and safer ) then other healers too

I think he's suppose to be the off healer in most situations where you pick one healer that is good at burst healing to keep tanks alive better, and rocket can clearly cover the rest thanks to his AoE healing orbs.

In high elo he is heavily picked in triple support comps. His damage helps to burn enemy tanks down and he is menace to hunt down and kill. If Scarlet Witch wasn't trash she might be good at killing him but no one plays her in high elo except masochists.

skill issue

You can literally go test it yourself on practice room with couple of friends.
Groot+MK ult is impossible to out heal with raccoon and any other supports ult on. It's probably impossbile even with 2 lunas ult same time on.

Someone recently reached Grandmaster using only Rocket without damaging a single enemy. That person did 71 wins out of 108 games.
He's fine, you just dont know how to use him.

bro my best stats was 60 assists and 46k heal, rocket is super fine!
his respawn station is very important and his heal bubbles are super nice to use, even when you have no line of sight to your team mates... His movement is super helpful, you even can rocket boost yourself up in the air or any direction you want when you press the boost button while you running on walls etc.

the rat is not the problem, the problem is that the other supports (luna,mantis,dagger,invisible) are too broken with their ults.
try to win a game without one of these supports.
the rat is fine as a 3rd healer with 2 of the supports i mentioned
