He is literally in a good spot, sorry you have difficulty fighting him but as long as you cc him his shield is nothing, just lock him down in a corner with teammates and chop him down.

He can't shield if he's CC'd. Also, Wolverine eats him for breakfast. Peni sort of, too.

Tl;dr skissue, look at how you can deal with the problem instead of asking for the problem to change itself for you.

His viability lowers at higher ranks, because other than causing disruptions he can't do much else and he only get 1 chance to do it an escape. A higher level players start favoring Captain America instead, because he has a much superior hit and run potential, but less combat survivability. Or Thor, because he is a frontline brawler.

I agree, they definitely shouldn't reduce how much shield he gets without compensation elsewhere.
