If you are using an Intel 13/14th generation, follow these....
OR, you could program a stable game. How about that.

What you mean?

Bro the 13th and 14th gen Intel cpus are the ones that had the manufacturing defect that drove every knowledgeable PC gamer to buy Ryzen for their new PC.

If you have one of those, the problem is definitely you.

I disagree. Your 13/14th gen Intel might be wrongly set up and/or damaged and that might cause issues possibly a video memory error. But if you have a non damaged, properly setup one the game should be fine. And it's not. For example I'm on a perfectly stable 13900 but I do have crashes. Only with this particular game. I'm on Linux with Nvidia but I have seen several other reports from people on Windows. IMHO there is something else being fishy there on top of the Intel smell.

You have to install that microcode update to prevent your CPU dying if using 13th/14th gen intel.

The longer you play without updating the microcode the more dmg is being done to your cpu...

I only have issues with Unreal Engine 5 games. Even after the microcode and bios updates I had to limit the pcore by 2 or 3 cycles. I would recommend pushing through the RMA process anyway, as another user said, the damage is only going to get worse.

Came back to tell you intel announcement was to check with your mobo manufacturer for a bios update between September 2024 to current day.

Never had any problem with 13700, the game is mostly GPU intensive

True. And the Intel updated default profiles are quite reasonable.

This PC was built way before that defect was detected. Use your brain before you bring out your garbage reddit format. The CPU was diagnosed and is working properly.

If you experience crashes, Netease asks you to download a program (IntelXTU) and fiddle with the Performance Core Ratio.
