99%loading stuck help

whenever im loading into a match from the main menu i get stuck on 99% loading i can hear the game but i cant do anything and it often takes so long to load me in that the match has already started and my team has been playing without me

is the game downloaded on your ssd? if not then moving it there might solve it

even without this specific issue there are still a few more loading issues.
im plagued with constant 0% loading bugs and keep getting penalized from ranked and forced to play nasty ass qp

Will say i had this issue when i was running this on my regular hard drive, moved the game to SSD and it loads before everyone else now.

That isn't a universal solution. Some people get this, even on SSDs.

I too have this issue. Then again I have loads of issues- I can't even get a vs AI game to be any higher than 22FPS (if I'm lucky, usually it's 12) despite having an SSD drive and lowering everything to the lowest setting. for the first few minutes of the game I can't use any abilities and the model of the hero I'm playing isn't visible.

Except I'm confused then because I just explained how that doesn't necessarily fix it.
