Mister fantastic ultimate feels kinda bad, any advice?
Mister fantastic feels kinda clunky but he is playable and fun, only problem i have is that his ultimate feels pretty...bad?
Does Anyone have advice? Because i feel like you cant kill anyone as long as healers are alive, the damage is pretty low, like 1/3 to half of a squishys hp but it gets healed instantly and the rebounce takes very long to go down, only exception is low ceiling rooms because you bounce faster, but i still rarely kill someone with it when healers are alive, in comparison most dps champs have a so many aoe one shot ults that it feels bad.

Yeah he's just a terrible character that requires followup. You're better off just playing any other dps instead of relying on team mates.

There is no advice, his ult is meh. You pop the tank form to get the shield while using ult and distract the backline I guess
He straight up doesn't belong in duelist. Even outside of game, his main role is to eat hits, restrain people, and move around tight spaces; he's just not a heavy hitting character in anything he shows up in.

ive had the opposite experience playing against him. His ultimate seems pretty dam strong. Either that or the people on my team are so dumb they dont understand how to move out of the way. Surely thats not it though right? :steamdeadpan:

Yea hes trash ult! He dies instantly on ult to just from one enemy alone, so comical!

Use the ult before his shielded state ends is the best you can do. As he retains that shield for the duration of the ult that way. Aside from that, his strengths lie outside his ult. His ult is there to be annoying really. If you get kills, good. If not, you're still screwing with the enemies and pissing them off.

Wait for a hallway or area with a low ceiling.
You bounce super fast that way. You actually dribble like a basketball it's so fast.

The answer is to kill the healers. You can kill the healers I've had a Mr. Fantastic run me down as a Support quite a few times over the lastt two days. As long as the rest of yoru team is doing their jobs there will be openings for you to dive and kill the healers.

You basically play him like you would Thor or Captain America. I don't recommend playing him without Susan on your team, with Susan he's arguably a better version of Thor and can run downt he backline the same way Thor does.
his ult does a slow effect
its overpowered

I always focus the healers but in my experience they keep healing each other enough to avoid me killing them

I feel confident in killing everything thats not magic or psylocke to be honest, its just the ultimate itself that i am really having trouble with.
To be fair he doesnt have high dps, i usually play him like an assassin that turns into a tank in the middle of the fight. Using his e+secondary fire in combination with his primary attack is enough burst for most squishys while interrupting their movement, as long as they dont get healed.
His high base hp+ shields from his shield keeps him alive even against burst characters but the lacking mobility and short range of his e makes it hard to get out again after going in like that.
The targeting of his E is also kinda wonky tho
He would have been a better character if his ult was his passive. He should have the bouncing ability on a cool down while turning into an 800 hp tank that hits like a truck should be his real ult.

He isn't a duelist, he is a vanguard, his damage is even lower than any of the vanguards in the game, but he just can whip his arms to do higher AoE DPS for anything within 15 meters in front of him, and he has far more sustain than any of the vanguard only lacking base HP stat.

totally. more like a tank than a DPS.

Good luck playing 0/4/2 with Reed as "Tank"
