I was severely disappointed when i heard the MCU pronunciation.

Screw half a century of comic history, south america needs their representation ya know.

I completely disagree with the pronunciation of wyvern. It will always by wi-vern to me. Why-vern sounds wrong, and not just because I'm used to the other way. It just sounds... wrong and gross.

Reminds me of british people pronouncing Terraria as Tuh-rarr-ria, when it's clearly te-rare-ria. It's based on terrarium, which is pronounced te-rare-rium.
But they claim they're right and the other way is wrong.

Nobody will ever agree.

I only agree with you on the wyvern point but the sad truth is it's WHY VERN
It normaly is nay-more, but rivals Namor is Hispanic Namor, so its pronounces a little different.

It's Nay-More.

"Nah- mur" is some stupid pronunciation woke Disney Marvel powered through by retconning Submariner and turning him into a Latino for the sake of representation.

The real Namor;s name is Namor McKenzie. He is the son of Leonard McKenzie (a human land dweller) meaning he is actually Scottish.

The MCU Namor's real name is Ch'ah Toh Almehen and he is a stupid retcon I don't even want to talk about. A piece of trash I refuse to recognize as The Submariner. So he can just call himself "nah-mur" all he wants.

No offense but I trust Namor's pronunciation of Namor over you.
I read the title and thought "He pulled out his whale again didn't he?"

I don't give two farts about representation. Namor is Scottish because he's been that way for more than 80 years.

For the record, I'm BROWN.
