How will the US TikTok ban impact Marvel Rivals considering there is sharing highlights to TikTok integrated into the game? Will it be shifted to YouTube or some other platform? Will it just be removed from the game?

Likely another platform or make the feature exclusive to CN version. This isn't the first time studios had to do this stuff

If TikTok doesnt sell to a US based company, most likely NetEase will remove the Link to Tiktok on US servers/customers and replace it with another platform.

I would like to be able to share on different platforms and not just on Tiktok, I would prefer discord, reddit

Download OBS Studio and Handbrake, use OBS to screen record your replays or highlights. Handbrake to transcode down to a more compressed format, then, post on Rumble, Ytube, Discord or whatever hosting service you want to post to. There ya go.
