Ranked Play is completely unplayable for Solo Queue players.

A solo queue ladder should be implemented.
Not all players can play with groups of friends. Actually most can't.

New solo queue players will quit this game inside a week because they can't get out of Bronze, literally ever, and there is no rewarding feeling of losing 80-90% of games. Yes, this is happening for the majority of solo queue players.


Solutions:

-Solo queue should have it's own ranked ladder.
Matchmaking shouldn't be as punishing as it currently is. Matching a 100 elo player with an 1800+ every time they win is dogsh*t design.


-Character banning needs to happen from Bronze in ranked play.

-Team composition should be forced until Gold.
The amount of non-tank games is mind boggling.

I agree to a point, you can make about plat until you just run into premades and get rolled over and over. but bronze to plat. you can solo que.

Solution learn to flex and get good, accept that not every game is winnable 30-40% and just play. I made it to GM solo and I do not want this game to make the same role lock mistake Overwatch made.

They shouldn't make role ques, but they should try to make different ranked brackets. like solo rank vs team rank.

the MASSIVE problem is you have everyone in bronze at the begining. so even like gold players cant get out

This. I have started play ranked on season one, in preseason I played only normal games. Every game right now is 3 dps, and they are not switching. Every game in gambling - you are destroying opponent, or they are destroying you. I lost 4 games in a row, when each guy from the enemy team had like 25-30 kills, and we have 10 kills for the whole team. I like the game alot, but after comp games I want to delete this.

it's doable but stop playing when you tilt and pick healer if you don't have one, many teams are going to pick 5 dps
