How about these characters?

[Brian Orcus]

Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider
This would be another duel form character. As Johnny Blaze, he would carry a shotgun and would use his knowledge of the occult temporarily shut down enemy abilities. As Ghost Rider he would wield his hellfire infused chain that can wrap around enemies to deal continues damage unless they put someone or thing between themselves and Ghost Rider. And his penance stare would inflict massive damage to enemies that have recently made a kill. The ult in either form would summon a motorcycle that leaves "Tron walls" of flame behind it.

Blade
Blade would have the ability to see footsteps left by enemies. He would be able to run faster along these trails to catch up with fleeing foes. He would also be able to feed on enemies to regain health. Blade's ult would see him dramatically put on a pair of sunglasses before firing a blinding flair that radiates sun light. The flair would kill any vampire but him, but it temporarily blinds other foes who see it.

Falcon
I know we already have one fly boy in the form of Ironman. But Falcon could bring a decidedly military attitude to his air born combat. Sam could strafe like an A10, cloak like a SR71, scan like an AWAC, and rain hell down on the enemy like an AC130.

Daredevil
Perception is Daredevils bread and butter. He would have the ability to see any enemy within a certain range. Getting closer, he would be able to see their ammo, cooldowns and other relevant counters. He could use his reflexes to block oncoming damage. His ult would involve using his pugilist skills to cause injuries to his foes. Resulting in them not being able to shoot straight, drain their powers, or reduce their movement speed.
