Getting rank points is the worst

So I won a match and got 22 Rank Points and then I lost one and lost 20 Rank Points (I am on Rank Bronze 3, the lowest rank) This should NOT happen in the lowest Rank! You can make this on gold or platinum but not Bronze!
Then I managed to get to Bronze 2 with around 10 Points and lost a game so I lost 20 Points again and got back to Bronze 3. Now you would think I would be Bronze 3 with 90 Points right? Because -10 to 0 of Bronze 2 and then -10 again from the 100 points on Bronze 3 BUT NO! I start back with 60 Points I mean wtf?! So I lost 60 Points for a lose in Bronze 2?!
This balancing is the worst I ever saw. The MUST work on this otherwise rank makes no sense and normal mortals like me cant enjoy it.

You didnt lose 60 points in bronze 2. The negative points you have carry over into the rank you decay into. Its showing negative as a grace so you dont fall out of the rank after 1-2 loses. Basically you were in Bronze 2 with -20 points AKA Bronze 3 with 80 points

It is a tough road. The best bet is to avoid solo-queue and only venture in with friends.

That being said, there are plenty of videos on YouTube describing how to advance in ranked solo. Alternatively, going to the MR Discord and advertising your desire for a pre-made with perhaps some replay IDs to support your status might help.

I wanted to try rank because normally I like challanges and I have lot of fun in Rank even though I am not a good player but here in MR its kind of frustrating.
Besides I wanna have the Susan Storm Skin which you get on Gold Rank so badly :')

Yeah it makes solo queue a grind equivalent to having your balls stomped with stiletto heels. Luckily Quick Play's matchmaking takes 1 second to put you in such fair and balanced matches like being on a full team of new console players vs a team of level 20+ PC players with no way of opting out of crossplay.
I'd give anything for QP matchmaking to actually give a crumb of thought into the teams it puts together instead of just giving you a free win bot match every so often.
