Healers not healing

Do you guys also notice that in matches you sometimes have a team with 2 or even 3 healers, but none of them are actually healing at all?

I don't get it why people pick a class and not even use skills at all.
I even sometimes see players in matches that never use their ultimate skill.

Was just wondering if other people noticed this behaviour as well. It's kinda frustrating losin matches thanks to people that only hold left mouse and do nothing else in a team game.

i called them "wanna be dpsers" most of time they wanted to play as dps in ranked but suddenly findout that there already 3 dps so they pick mantis/warlock/loki and guess what. YESS THEY PLAYING THEM AS THEY ARE DPSERS. Im reporting them for Throwing and writting a comment "He picked healer role and didnt heal at all" and then i memorize their nicknames and after all of reports i sent exclusively about this issue, im getting emails around 70% of reported players getting restricted from ranked matchmaking

so my advice is report them and write that exact comment

Because you have perfect situational awareness and know whats going on at all times right? Let me guess, you only pay attention to the healers when you need heals right? Go play healer. Seriously. Go spend an hour of your gametime playing as a healer and then you'll understand what its like. THen you won't make rediculous statements.

Not using Ult?. I don't waste mine just because it is up. The team acting like fool if i'm not using Ultimate.

Running in 1-3 VS 6. They just really do love losing games. Ultimate's are not for padding stats. Ultimate's are for winning games. When the team gets it's act together then it can be used. Used to counter enemy ults.

Team so bad they let themselves get the DOOR STRAT used on them. A narrow entrance where they all just stand there getting ripped. Team so bad you need to ult (if have it) to get them through it. Sadly they don't advance. I don't even think they understand the Ultimate's (most) heals them.

tbh at the moment it seems all the instalock dps kids have become instalock susans but still try to play as dps, its pretty painful

The amount of times people on here seem to think healing is "use left click, stupid" and strategists don't have cool downs or reload animations. We see everything. Yeah, you picked a DPS day one and you're great at them but you've never played anything else. Seriously just try playing strategist. You see what the whole team is doing from back there. You see when your team let people flank cause they're only looking forward. You watch your dumbass team spread out to get picked off by assassins, or bunch up on point against a Moon Knight. The enemy Hawkeye or Iron Man pounds damage into your healers over the heads of the oblivious tanks, completely unharrassed by your team's dps. You see your own tanks using their attacks to just bury damage into the enemy tanks that their healers heal and use to charge their ult to push point, when these same tanks have line of sight on the enemy team's healers the ENTIRE TIME and they KNOW THIS because Mantis is so unbothered she's headshooting them in their kill cams! Your Groot uses his walls to block his own team from advancing instead of blocking people off from healers or the objective. Your Peni puts her spider nest in the open and doesn't cover fire, just stands there soaking damage and spamming 'I need healing'. Your Wanda uses both her teleports up getting TO the enemy rather than to escape them. Someone picks Iron Man against snipers and ALSO doesn't peek corners. Your WHOLE TEAM run off chasing one guy without even checking to see if their healers are coming with, ignoring their 'Fall back!' pings. I watch dps straight up jump off the map because they misjudge how many dashes they've got left.

And you have to sit back and watch all of this ♥♥♥♥ happening and then get blamed for losing the game by someone who literally knows how one role works, thinks the others are braindead, and has no perspective on how the entirety of your team, them included, is just screwing the pooch over and over and over again.

After many hundreds of matches in ranked I can confidently say that any losses are rarely a healing difference. It is practically always a DPS difference. Most healers heal fairly consistently between matches, hovering between 20 to 30k. But a healer can only heal as much as their DPS lets them.

TLDR: It is always still a team effort, one player shining enables another to do the same.

From someone that plays healer, sometimes in games you (Dps and Tank) players forget we need support in order to heal, Which you dont. We get flank targetted whole game with Zero help and die. we do so much we can no longer heal because you are oblivious.

its worse when they see The enemy tanks and dps players run past them straight to the healers and target them and give zero support to the healers moving around trying their hardest to avoid dying and heal them

What I notice infinitely more often is DPS who can't get kills and tanks who can't cover healers complaining about no healing, while both healers have over 10-20k heals.
