Dear Devs,
if you're serious about preventing cheaters from your game, replace your silly NGS anti-cheat with a reputable and proven solution like Easy Anti-Cheat (or similar).

It protects more that 200+ titles and is frequently updated.

Or your game will simply die within 6 months.

I really hope Devs will add Easy Anti-Cheat, since that NGS anti-cheat is weak, and only aim to protect in-game currency. NGS anti-cheat even allowed to modify game files during Season 0.

EAC is just as bad as the majority of off the shelf Anti Cheats.

Sea Of Thieves uses EAC and it is notorious for people cheating in hourglass.

EAC is pure dogwater... Its not that good , As long as there is companies ACTIVELY selling and creating cheats the online gaming world (pvp especially) is doomed.. Man i loved pvp my entire life (starting with wow vanilla long ago) but its just not fun anymore , There is cheaters absolutely everywhere , there has been certain tests and appearently a stunning 68% of all players are cheaters nowadays...
This game was good too , literaly the first 48 hours , after that be prepared to get ur tank 1 shot etc , its so obvious its not legit , u can just absolutely feel it.

I havent played last 2 weeks , so i dont know , But having to report atleast 2 people every match tired me out , I just moved on or play vs ai now but if u say its less id be willing to retry

best examble is elden ring. EAC is worthless it even does not prevent savefile alteration by hacking invaders.

i know how it is done to cheat in elden ring and most EAC titles suffer from the same problem.
there is no ideal anticheat system that prevent manipulation, it is far more complicate, game devs have to dive into the field of secure coding first to even be able to prevent cheating.

3) Big and popular games use if for many years, Fortnite, Apex Legends, Gears 5, and you never really heard about rampant cheaters issue in those games.


4) Big number of supported games and dedicated Devs team guarantees better support that "no-name anti-cheat".
Even if Easy Anti-Cheat would get bypassed somehow, the dedicated team would fix it quicker and release a patch to counter fight new cheats.

5) Easy Anti-Cheat is kernel level anti-cheat and protects game files integrity by default.


I suspect many people in this thread have their own reasons to prefer Marvel Rival to have a very weak anticheat. That NGS anti-cheat is so weak it allowed to modify game files in Season 0. That kind of anticheat protection you want in competitive gaming?

Name better anti-cheat than Easy Anti-Cheat, if you know one.
