No fullscreen in game settings

After the last update I've encountered a problem that the game opens only in a window, or in a window without frames) In window mode without frames it's impossible to change the resolution at all, some other resolution is set, which I don't have on my computer at all? When I set the launch settings in steam, they only work until I go into the game to change the settings. The video card settings to fullscreen don't work. It's really cool to play at 30fps now because there's no way to put the game on fullscreen. Maybe someone knows how to fix it?

so i tried the alt + enter, it works but to do that click the window for marvel rivals (not the game (yknow the windoows bar with the minimize and close) then alt + enter that work for me
