Full-screen disabled and unusable

I don't want to play in windowed mode and enabling full-screen makes the whole screen grayish and I can still see my desktop on the bottom half of the screen which makes all my mouse clicks off by 3-4 inches, everything is super laggy, and I often get disconnected before I'm able to join a match then by the time it loads I've already been replaced.

My display mode is legit grayed out I can't change to 720p nor fullscreen/windowed am I the only one?

No, my games also force the window screen and the option remains gray

ok I found why the option was grayed out these dlss tram generation which blocks the window screen just to deactivate and these good

if you have dlss on with frame generation , idk why they did this but frame generation blocks you your resolution and screen mode. i tried turning off frame gen so i can run fullscreen but i lose like 40fps... so basicly if you wanna run dlss and frame gen with a high end pc youre stuck atleast for right now playing in borderless windowed...
