Captain America is still bad

As a cap main I can confidently say that the changes were to small to make any sort of difference. He needs just a bit more damage not a lot more damage just a bit more. Then he could be perfectly balanced

I think this is all he needs, I have seen captain americas go ham with flanking and backrow diving but rarely do I see a captain america play defense and actually do something meaningful.

No! He fuqs the backline and frontline so hard AND can get away with it just about every time.

He is a persistent flanker that put a lot of pressure on a back line. He may not be able to just win fights and solo destroy teams, but amount of stress he creates for opponents is equal to Spiderman or Panther. And he is a vanguard, which you can get away with having ony 1 of, compared to lack of damage or heals.
Also he is one of the few heroes who can deflect ultimates which is a 100% value gain if you manage to block it. Not only it completelly negates ult, it also can damage the other team.

Capt is easy, he isnt a main tank hes more of a off tank, and flanker, im constantly flanking the back line.

I'm not going to lie. I really enjoy playing with Captain America.

Cap is super fun to use. My favorite tank fo play for sure.

Being able to be smashing enemy backline one second and then protecting your own the next really is uniquely Captain America thing. Bouncing around from backline, to perched snipers to the middle of the brawl snacking on healhtpacks along the way.

I'm not sure where the rank breakpoint is where the focus fire becomes too much for that to work. But so far it's been both fun and frighteningly effective.
