While every other Vanguard is either bulky in hp with regen or shielding to stay alive on a point, Cap is the one that stays alive on the point with pure SPEED,. Add that with a smaller hitbox to other Vanguard's while jumping around and zig-zagging around cover both high and low ground, blocking(and reflecting!) pretty much almost every ability in the game for a short while. At the same time he's also completely distracting the entire team with the chaos he causes, by causing them to turn around and focus on him thereby turning their backs to the rest of your team or they ignore him and he starts bullying the healers badly to the point they're too busy concentrating on keeping each other alive instead of healing their team. Every other Vanguard is slow as a turtle compared to him and they cannot escape as well by themselves if they need to.
People gotta learn that just because he's a Vanguard doesn't mean he's a slow tank and block character like Groot or Strange.
