Loading Screen 99% (while you hear the countdown)

The game's match loads up to 99% but then the game starts without you. You can hear the girl say, you have 30 seconds! choose your hero or villain, im not judging.. but you are still on the loading screen with the bolt at 99% and then you hear the count down 5,4,3,2,1 and just has you hear 1 and GO you are finally in. I heard some players had this same bug but the loading screen never loaded and they get kicked out and even penalized from the time out.

Dev if you hear this, fix this please. It poses a problem. First bug so far, havent seen anything else, yet.

I have had this issue since launch. I would LOVE to have clarity on how to solve this problem...

Same for me, I just downloaded the game, excited to play just to be stuck on the 99% loading screen. I loaded the game 3 different times, even tried just doing the tutorial and same 99% loading screen and not ever continuing from there!
