Chrono Tokens Reset?

Anyone else had any coins they had in their account reset back to 0 after the update? Is it meant to be that way or did my game bug out? Cause I had been hoarding those things all trough out the last week of the previous season and now their all gone

Obviously I don't mind you can get them again easily enough but if at the end of each season they reset just to know when it's time to put the game down after completing all of the battlepass

All unused chrono tokens get dumped into all remaining unbought battle pass stuff before expiring. Any leftover chrono tokens that were obtained through premium currency exchange is carried over instead.

It was kind of obscure by design, not weird that you missed it. The tokens is basicly battle pass xp and that expires in any other game aswell so it is not super weird, they just made it a currency which is confusing design.

Yeah, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I didn't see anywhere where it was mentioned I would lose them every season. I contacted Netease and essentially they gave me the "sorry bruh" treatment.

"Dear player,

We sincerely apologize for your concerns. Due to game regulations, all earned seasonal points will be reset at the end of each season, and the accumulated total of seasonal points will be cleared. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your support and understanding.

Thank you."

Naw dog, I don't "understand", so ♥♥♥♥ your phony ass apology and your excuse of "game regulations" (lmao). This was a currency issue, not a game issue.

I even tried to convert them to the Lattice currency and it went the other way (with no warning). So now I got 850 units that I can't do anything with because I refuse to spend more money and those will be gone next season. This is all the trappings of a mobile game scam.

Before uninstalling, I tried to spend those 850 points. Can't. Nothing in their store is sold for less than 1000 because every single thing is a bundle.

I also asked them to reverse that conversion and they didn't even respond or do anything, but hey, they got my money right.

F this game. Uninstalled and moving on.

Dude, they dont reset units (blue), only chrono tokens (purple). You can spend units in shop for skins instead of lattice and they will not reset at the end of season and will carry over. They only reset tokens that you use to unlock battlepass rewards.....
