So, Everybody had over a whole month to buy the cheap battlepass and just now at the S1 release ppl are complaining they can't buy the S0 pass anymore? make it make sense.

Accept that you joined the game already late and move on.

This is what I tried to explain to people a few days after the game released. Told them that you don't get to keep the battle passes forever UNLESS you bought them. A lot of people trying to contradict me saying the battle passes stay. You don't have to pay for them. Now a bunch of them crying that they can't access the S0 battle pass.

Good games like Helldivers 2 have battle passes that don't expire.
Sometimes some people can't buy stuff immediately so they wait until they can.

FOMO is not good and you defending it is just defending greedy corporation for abusing psychology for no benefit to the users

Helldivers 2 is not a free game you clod. Offering to be able to buy old passes in a game you paid 60 bucks for isnt some "gotcha" you think it is, it should be the norm. Rivals is a FREE game, that TOLD YOU to buy the pass and it would be available to complete forever, this is on you.

what exactly does the game being free have to do with anything here ?
free or not, games don't need FOMO to be profitable, they use it to be even more profitable tho
