Marverl rivals using cpu instead of gpu.

Why does marvel rivals rather use cpu instead of my gpu? Like I would be getting a lot more frames if I were to use my gpu but for some wierd reason the game only uses my cpu and memory.

are you playing in 1080? If so thats why. 1080 and lower is more cpu intensive.

I'm playing on 2k resolution also I tried and I did max out all of the settings to ultra and I was getting 70 fps but the game was still using only my memory and cpu not my gpu. Idek why this happens

I think you're mistaken. You can't get 70 fps on max on CPU only, even with Intel graphics.

I mean for whatever reason my cpu wasnt even going max it was like 70% with and my gpu going like 26%. In any other games I can see that the game uses like a lot more of my gpu while Marvel rivals barely using anything. try setting your gpu power profile to high performance and see if it changes.

If your GPU isn't fully utilized its usually because of two things. Either your CPU is the bottleneck (doesn't matter that it's not showing fully utilized CPU either) or the game is unoptimized. Take your pick.

For me personally my CPU is about 10-20% bottlenecking my GPU, as my GPU is about 85% utilized in every game but this game is also highly unoptimized too.
