mvp animations bug

so i recently got this strange bug after the update. any mvp cutscene or animation just doesnt work, showing me instead only very dark standing hero model stuck in the pose. same thing happens everywhere, in shop in game in collection

I'm having the same issue. Have to AltF4 after every single game.
Had no problems two hours ago.

Same, it worked this morning, i did one match and then black man looking at me. Quite scary. And no mvp working in the collection

I litteraly right now. Nothing changed.

I'm having the same issue. I verified the game files, reset my in game graphics settings, restarted my PC and reinstalled the entire game. No luck. On another note, I have an Nvidia GPU, while my friend who doesn't have this issue has an AMD card.

I have amd, same problem since this morning, I can't see the animation on the new loki skin

My friend did point out that the game launched RTXOn with season 1. I've lowered my Super Resolution Mode from Quality to Performance, and for the last 3 games I had no issues anymore.
