Insanely High Ping and Packet Loss in Singapore Server Only?

Does anybody else get high ping with packet loss recently???

I only get high ping in Singapore server where I usually play and I also tested my ping in other games and they all are fine except Rivals. I also just got back home from Vacation and the last time I played I didn't get any high ping or packet loss

Singapore server is the only server that I am having High Ping and Packet loss meanwhile Tokyo Server is normal and I don't get any issues with the server itself.

I'm only having a problem with Singapore server which is where I normally play and my ping is normal in Tokyo but the thing is I don't like playing there at all as soon as I played in Tokyo servers I'm on a massive lose streak from Diamond 1 to Plat 1.

I tried playing in Singapore even if I'm lagging and I won by a landslide in a 3-0 score three times in a row idek how in Tokyo server my team can't even do that at least once or just winning in general and people complain a lot in Tokyo server. Or Maybe I'm just really bad I guess but still is it just me that is getting this high ping in Singapore?

I really want to go back in Singapore server I am so desperate for it.

How is this even possible?? I can't even play properly.

This is kinda pissing me off is there any way to fix this?
