Loki's ult charge faster ?

Hey ! I've been maining Loki during season 0 and now that Season 1 is out I feel like my ult is charging waaay faster than before. I always felt like his ult were long to charge but today I feel like it's way too fast, does any Loki player felt that way ?

Bro, as a top 500 Loki (ended top 359 in season 0), with 50+ hours collective across like 4 accounts-- I have been feeling the same way after the new season started I am getting Loki ults way before anyone does in the match. This isn't the case last season as supports like Luna, Mantis, and Cloak&Dagger always get it sooner. I played a competitive scrimmage, and it was in there where I realized how absurdly overpowered it is and concluded that its either Loki being bugged, or there's a secret bug fix that tuned his ult charge to how its originally supposed to be (if thats the case I'm not complaining).
