Network or Server?

Does anyone else experience the game suddenly stops, or every other player stops even with a great network? You re-log into the game and the next thing you know, you have a 15 minute penalty in queue. My other friends said they had experienced the same with a good network. Maybe it's the server? What do you think? I use Singapore and Japan.

Computers, Routers, Internet providers, datacentres, vitrual servers, physical host servers, banwidth.

There is a lot of components between you and playing online, so the fault could be anywhere a long the lines.

I play in Sydney, played 1 game 30mins ago,
I had 5 seconds of what I would call a lag spike and that was it.
My Ping this season is 15ms better,

So there could be a fault anywhere

I struggled with having about 60-70 ping after the winterupdate, usually around 20-30 on other games, if not less - now after this new update my average ping is somewhat down, but it spikes quite often up to 150 +
